Booking Policy

Putting session time on Hold gives you a right of first refusal on specific dates. Should someone else call for those same dates you have placed on Hold, you will be contacted and given the opportunity to refuse or Secure those dates. If you choose to Secure the dates, you then become financially responsible for those dates if not cancelled two (2) days (48 hrs) prior to that scheduled time.

Payment Policy

A deposit of one half of the estimate will be required for all new customers upon time being Secured. This deposit will need to be in our office within two (2) days after the time has been Secured. Should your actual invoice amount be in excess of the deposit, payment of the difference will be required at the end of the session day. Conversely, should your actual invoice amount be less than the deposit, you will be refunded the difference.

If your session occurs less than two (2) days (48 hours) from the time of booking and you are unable to send the deposit to us before your session date, you will be expected to pay the full invoice amount at the end of the session day.

Established customers with credit approval will be invoiced with payment due upon receipt.

Payments may be made in the form of cash, check, credit card, ACH or through PayPal.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule Secured or Held session time prior to two (2) days (48 hrs) before the scheduled session without penalty. Any deposits held by us will be applied to the rescheduled time.

A Late Cancellation within two (2) days (48 hrs) of the scheduled session of Secured session time, without rescheduling, will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
