Dillon is now part time, working in an administrative capacity. He has a degree in Music Business from Belmont University which comes in quite handy. He also works full time at IQ-Talent Partners here in Nashville (https://www.iqtalentpartners.com/) as a professional talent acquisition agent for large corporate entities.
